Sulfur and Metals Removal Technology

Our system for crude oil is similar to the system for water. In this case the standing wave is produced horizontally. The cavitation System is also used to break the pollutants out. We also use chemicals to “wet” the oil and then remove the chemicals with the sulfur and metals and other items. powerpoint presentation in flash

One of the primary causes of both air and water pollution is sulfur in our crude oil based products. We have used our process successfully in several different situations to remove sulfur and other pollutants from Crude Oil. Sulfur is the primary source of acid rain that pollutes our surface water. Sulfur is also a concern as a result of it’s corrosive impact on refineries, pipelines and engines. Currently the sulfur that is allowable in gasoline and diesel fuel in the U.S. is being reduced and the Kyoto Protocol has most of the nations in the world committed to reducing sulfur pollution. This is also impacting the price and number of customers for high sulfur crudes.
